I’m a Senior Design Strategist at MongoDB, where I lead cross-platform and cross-disciplinary initiatives to solve complex design challenges. My expertise lies in creating scalable frameworks, design guidelines, and systems that align teams, streamline decision-making, and elevate product strategy. I combine systems thinking with research and data to shape future-focused initiatives, while building governance structures that ensure consistency and design quality at scale.

I specialize in navigating complex, ambiguous problem spaces, uniting stakeholders around shared priorities, and shaping scalable strategies that drive organizational impact.

Previously at Google Cloud, I led the 0–1 design of several internal tools, including an asset management CMS that automated workflows and enforced compliance with Google’s security policies. I also spearheaded design for a no-code application platform across web and native iOS/Android, making key product decisions and guiding design from strategy through delivery.
